Delete Your Account

You can permanently remove your Hero Edge account and all associated personal data at any time. Deletion is irreversible and begins immediately. Backup snapshots may persist up to 30 days before full purge.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile — display name, preferences, and settings
  • Progression — daily rewards, streaks, and usage history
  • Saved content — Gems, personalized guides, and draft history
  • Sign-in — your linked Google or Apple account

What we retain

  • An anonymized deletion audit record (no personal data) to honor your request
  • Subscription billing records required by Apple / Google tax regulations
  • Operational backup snapshots (purged within 30 days)

Subscriptions

If you have an active Hero Edge Pro subscription, it will not be cancelled automatically. Cancel it separately from your store account:

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

If Hero Edge is installed, tap the button below. We'll open the app directly to the account deletion screen.

Or manually: open Hero Edge → Settings → Delete Account.

Option 2 — Email request

If you've uninstalled the app or can no longer sign in, email us from the address associated with your Hero Edge account. We'll verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days, then send you a confirmation.
